What is a Prompt?
A prompt is anything you type into an AI to get a response. Understanding this simple idea is the foundation for everything else on this site.
Think of giving directions to someone new in town. If you say "go somewhere fun," they'll be lost. But if you say "drive north two miles, turn left on Main, look for the green awning" — they'll get there every time. A prompt works exactly the same way.
